About The Position

United Hebrew is seeking experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to work at its skilled nursing facility in New Rochelle, New York. Nurses provide resident-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment with strong staffing levels and leadership focused on resident outcomes and employee satisfaction. The position offers day, evening, and overnight shifts. Starting pay is $33.05 per hour, with a 10% shift differential for evening and overnight shifts. The role involves working with residents and families and collaborating with CNAs, nursing staff, physicians, and other departments.

Requirements

Current New York State LPN license.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to recognize and respond to changes in condition.
A team-focused mindset and commitment to collaboration and quality care.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Nice To Haves

Prior LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation, or similar setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to residents.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary care team.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
