About The Position
We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong medication administration, resident care, and CNA supervision experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
- Active Colorado LPN License or Compact LPN License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience.
Nice To Haves
- LTC, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric experience preferred.
- Cerner EMR experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Supervise and support CNA staff.
- Assist with individualized care planning.
- Communicate with families and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
