About The Position
This position includes a signing bonus at 3 + 6 months. We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a busy urology clinic. The LPN will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients with urologic conditions, supporting physicians, and ensuring efficient clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, clinical competence, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Prepare patients for urological exams, procedures, and minor surgeries (e.g., catheter insertions, cystoscopy prep).
- Collect vital signs, medical history, and urologic-specific assessments.
- Assist with in-office procedures including catheter changes, bladder scans, and uroflowmetry.
- Educate patients on urologic conditions, medications, and post-procedure care.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Ensure examination rooms and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
- Perform specimen collection and assist with lab coordination as needed.
- Support triage and respond to patient inquiries via phone or patient portal.
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
