- South Carolina LPN Nursing license
Responsibilities
- Maintaining clinical competency by applying integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
- Utilizing the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
- Exhibiting organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet patient care needs.
- Integrating current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients.
- Practicing continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Being caring, compassionate, having good communication skills, a positive attitude, and being a team player.
