Requirements

• Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable, compassionate care to clients.
• Offer 1:1 support to clients.
• Provide care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
• Perform electronic charting through Cubhub.
