About The Position

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking an energetic Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team serving the Leominster, Massachusetts area. This position offers $37 per visit and a flexible schedule. VRNS is a clinician-owned company focused on work-life balance and clinician support, distinguishing itself with its work with the ABI Waiver Program to offer consistent yet flexible scheduling. The role involves a variety of patient care tasks, providing opportunities to keep clinical skills sharp and the day interesting.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Comfort using computers and electronic medical records (EMR)

Nice To Haves

• Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required
• Previous home health or community-based nursing experience
• Experience with wound care, chronic disease management, or catheter care
• A good sense of humor
• The ability to navigate Massachusetts back roads without Google Maps… but we’ll accept Google Maps too
