About The Position
Green Lea Senior Living is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Mabel, Minnesota, at $27.25 per hour. The LPN provides resident-focused care that emphasizes dignity, respect, and individualized support. The schedule is every Saturday and Sunday. The role works alongside a collaborative care team and supports residents’ health, well-being, and satisfaction. Requirements
- An active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the State of Minnesota.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in senior living is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments and monitor residents’ health and well-being.
- Coordinate medical services to provide personalized care suited to residents’ needs.
- Document care accurately and report changes in condition to the RN, Director of Nursing, or provider.
- Communicate with residents, families, and staff to build trust and support.
- Help train and mentor care staff to improve care practices and resident satisfaction.
- Follow community policies, safety procedures, and state regulations.
