Pickering Manor is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team in Newtown, PA. The LPN will support residents' daily health needs, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospital medicine practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with daily living activities and support residents' personal hygiene needs.
• Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and wellness strategies.
