About The Position
Roadrunner Home Health is seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN to provide in-home patient care under the supervision of an RN. This is a full-time position serving the Albuquerque & Rio Rancho, NM area. The agency is a local, nurse-owned home health agency that values autonomy, patient-centered care, and leadership that understands nursing.
Requirements
- Active NM LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and implement RN care plans
- Document visits accurately and timely
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Communicate changes in condition to RN
- Follow physician orders and company policies
