Licensed Practical Nurse
About The Position
The LPN/LVN provides professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit, clinic or region. The LPN/LVN assesses patient health problems and needs, takes vital signs, administers medication, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. You will report onsite to the Conviva Legacy Place located at 18414 US Hwy 281 N, Suite 104, San Antonio, TX 78259. You will report directly to the Manager, Clinic Administrator. Use your skills to make an impact.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an LPN or LVN
- Administratively proficient as this position is highly administrative in nature
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Phlebotomy experience
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records
- Experience with HEDIS
