About The Position

North Capitol Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time work on days, evenings, or nights. The nurse builds meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and uses nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role calls for a supportive, engaging presence, teamwork and leadership within the care team, collaboration with facility teams, and respectful communication. The nurse is expected to demonstrate American Senior Communities’ C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
