About The Position
Avalon Care Center at Northpointe is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Spokane, Washington. The role offers full-time evening shifts from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm or full-time NOC shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. Pay is $40.00–$48.45 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and skills, with shift differentials of $1.50 per hour for evening shifts and $2.50 per hour for NOC shifts. New graduate nurses are welcome to apply. The LPN provides compassionate, resident-centered nursing care, supports resident care plans, administers medications and treatments within the scope of practice, monitors resident conditions, and collaborates with the care team to support safe, high-quality care. Requirements
- Current LPN license in Washington State or eligibility under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
- Support the development and implementation of resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
- Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day.
