About The Position

Requirements

• Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Indiana
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one care in clients' homes.
• Deliver life-changing care.
• Provide personalized, high-quality care.
• Support clients in the home, building meaningful relationships.
• Perform electronic charting through Statewise.
