About The Position

Eastgate Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the night shift. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their stories and using your nursing skills to support residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. You will work collaboratively with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care and help create a comforting, engaging, and respectful environment. Requirements

Hold a current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities
