Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor
About The Position
Merakey is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to lead the nursing team at its Recovery Program on 4th Street in Philadelphia. The program provides comprehensive recovery services for people facing substance use challenges, including counseling, support groups, intensive treatment, and support for co-occurring mental health conditions. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Supervisor manages the nursing and medical departments at a behavioral health clinic providing MMT, MAT, non-MAT, and Integrated Care treatment. The role supervises assigned staff, including full-time and PRN dispensing nurses and medical assistants. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, and pays $36 per hour, with benefits.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Hold a current LPN or RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Have at least three years of experience working as a nurse.
- Have at least one year of experience working in a supervisory capacity.
- Have experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Hold current CPR certification.
- Demonstrate proficiency in phlebotomy.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment is strongly desired.
- Phlebotomy certification is preferred.
