About The Position

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) in Springfield, Missouri is looking for a Spravato Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Medical Home department. The LPN will provide direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting, addressing the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care. They will also manage patient and family communication needs and demonstrate initiative and responsibility in line with professional expectations. This role operates under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN, physician, and clinic manager, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies. The LPN will also communicate patient clinical status, including diagnostic results and symptoms, to physicians and other team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in State of Missouri.
  • Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross. Recertification required before expiration throughout employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Successful completion of Telemetry course preferred.
