About The Position

Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse: Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Licensed Practical Nurse: Oklahoma LPN license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire; registration as an LPN in Oklahoma.
- Licensed Practical Nurse: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications.
- Senior Licensed Practical Nurse: Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Senior Licensed Practical Nurse: 24 months of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Senior Licensed Practical Nurse: Oklahoma LPN license and registration as an LPN in Oklahoma.
- Senior Licensed Practical Nurse: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications.
- A background check is required as a condition of hiring.
