About The Position

BAYADA is offering a unique opportunity for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA emphasizes one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and provides in-depth paid training from day one, including access to award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs. The program offers around-the-clock clinical support and aims for short commute times by placing nurses close to home. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is distinguished as the only paid new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA prioritizes quality care, with Clinical Managers dedicating time to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. They care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their passions.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Completed an Accredited Nursing Program within the Past 12 Months
• Full Time Availability (36+ Hours Weekly Including Days, Evenings, and Weekends)
• Willingness to Commute Throughout Passaic County

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting via Cub Hub.
• Commute throughout Passaic County to provide care.
