About The Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse at Riverside Village, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and support excellent senior care. The role offers 8-hour and 16-hour schedule options. Earning potential is $34–$38 per hour for LPNs and $42–$46 per hour for RNs; weekend option shifts include an $8 shift differential.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
