About The Position

As an LPN/RN at Trailpoint Village, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. Nurses use their nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being, supporting a rewarding and fulfilling care experience. The role calls for a supportive presence, leadership and teamwork, collaboration with nursing and other facility teams, and strong interpersonal communication to provide coordinated care and maintain a respectful, positive work environment. Earning potential is $38–$45 per hour. Shifts include 8-hour day and evening shifts and a 12-hour night shift in the Vent Unit. Requirements

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
