LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health
About The Position
Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-to-one in-home skilled nursing care for medically fragile children in Montrose, Pennsylvania. The nurse will deliver care in a home health setting, follow each patient’s individualized plan of care, and work with families to support the patient’s needs. The organization is nurse-founded and clinically led and has served the medically fragile community since 2000. The role offers flexible scheduling, including full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, with 8–16-hour shifts and options for days, nights, and weekends. The listed pay is $30 or more per hour, with weekly pay and consistent scheduling. Paid training, a simulation lab, and 24/7 clinical support are provided. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Ability to provide care in a home setting.

Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home health experience.
- Experience with high-acuity skills such as tracheostomy (trach), ventilator (vent), or G-tube care.
