About The Position
Lincoln Recovery is a voluntary, residential treatment center for adults experiencing substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, and low-acuity mental health diagnoses. We are looking to build our PRN nursing pool to help support our clients and our nursing team. Behavioral health nursing is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly meaningful work. To maintain active PRN status, you must work at least one shift per calendar month.
Requirements
- Active Illinois LPN license (required).
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans.
- Monitor client health status through regular nurse visits.
- Administer medications and document accurately.
- Respond to medical concerns with clinical judgment and compassion.
- Support clients through detox and stabilization protocols.
- Collaborate closely with RNs, LPNs, providers, and clinical staff.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory documentation standards.
