About The Position

This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse in Primary Care at Nashville Medical Group 20th Ave Bldg in Nashville, TN. The position is full-time, working days. The nurse will facilitate holistic patient assessments, deliver clinical treatments and medications, perform diagnostic lab tests and therapeutic services, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
1+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Facilitate holistic patient assessments to identify immediate needs and ensure a personalized, effective care plan is established from the start.
Deliver precise clinical treatments and medications, vigilantly monitoring for adverse reactions to guarantee patient safety and comfort throughout their stay.
Perform essential diagnostic lab tests and therapeutic services that provide the clinical team with the critical data needed for timely medical decisions.
Empower patients and families through education, translating complex treatment plans into clear self-care instructions to ensure a successful recovery after discharge.
