Pediatric Specialty Care (PSC) at Lancaster is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their pediatrics unit. They provide life-changing care to medically fragile and technology-dependent children in a home-like environment. For over 20 years, PSC's mission has been to help children with complex needs achieve their fullest potential. This role offers night shift positions with a competitive shift differential. PSC provides exceptional, structured training, including over three weeks of hands-on clinical training with experienced pediatric nurses after general orientation. The environment is pediatric-specialized, focusing on children with complex medical, developmental, and rehabilitative needs. Care is delivered in a collaborative, interdisciplinary model alongside RNs, therapists, physicians, and child-care specialists.
