About The Position
D'Youville Life & Wellness Community, a faith-based, nonprofit organization established in 1960, provides short-term rehabilitation and skilled geriatric care. We are seeking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Requirements
- Current MA Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN or RN - Registered Nurse licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN with at least 1 year of Long-Term Care experience.
Nice To Haves
- Registered Nurse - RN with at least 1 year of Long-Term Care experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
- Regular rounding on nursing units.
- Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers.
- Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
- Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
- Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse.
