About The Position
NHC HealthCare Bluffton, a 120-bed skilled and long-term care facility located near Hilton Head, SC, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a nursing program accredited by the state of SC and hold a current, unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina. This role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure accurate patient assessments and the development of individualized care plans, maintaining open communication with patients and families, ensuring appropriate nursing care is delivered, assisting with medications and treatments, and performing other patient care duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate from a nursing program accredited by the state of SC.
- Maintain a current unencumbered license to practice in South Carolina.
