Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
- Current BLS certification required.
Nice To Haves
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
- Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments
- Higher comfort level working with vents/trachs/PICC lines, etc.
- 2 years of experience in direct patient care
Responsibilities
- Delivering safe, compassionate patient care
- Collecting and reporting patient information
- Carrying out physician and nursing orders
- Performing therapeutic procedures
- Providing age-appropriate care consistent with PAM Health policies and clinical standards
- Assisting with other patient care responsibilities as needed
