About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join their care team at Newport House, located in Omaha, NE. Newport House offers skilled nursing/rehabilitation suites and long-term care suites, providing a community-focused environment. The role is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time Evening opportunities, with flexible scheduling options including 8-hour shifts (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) and short evening shifts (2:00 PM-6:00 PM & 6:00 PM–10:00 PM). The position offers competitive pay up to $35.52/hour, based on experience, education, certifications, and skills. Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of progressive experience in and assisted living or skilled care community or related experience is required.
• Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Assure the residents are cared for mentally, spiritually and in health.
• Ensure the residents are safe and free from pain or abuse and treated with dignity and respect.
