About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a strong background in orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Prior orthopedic experience required
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Current AHA BLS Certification

- Experience in an outpatient or clinic setting
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Assist with patient assessments, including vital signs and documentation
- Support orthopedic procedures and clinic workflows
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on care plans and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to clinical policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
