Wittenberg Village Senior Living is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the health and wellness of residents in our senior living community. Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- CPR and First Aid certification
- At least 1 year of senior living or healthcare experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in senior living or assisted living
- Strong customer service background
- Experience with electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record resident vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight, etc.)
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
- Support residents with ADLs and collaborate with the care team
- Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacy, and vendors
- Assist with care planning and follow-up on resident needs
- Support staff training and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and recognize changes in condition
