About The Position
Immanuel Communities is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join their care team at Newport House. Newport House offers skilled nursing/rehabilitation suites and long-term care suites, providing a community-focused environment. This role is for Full Time Evening shift opportunities (2pm-10pm) and offers competitive pay up to $35.52/hour, based on experience, education, certifications, and skills. The position focuses on ensuring residents are cared for mentally, spiritually, and in health, prioritizing their safety, comfort, and dignity.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the respective state in which he/she is employed is required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of progressive experience in and assisted living or skilled care community or related experience is required.
- Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Assure the residents are cared for mentally, spiritually and in health.
- Ensure the residents are safe and free from pain or abuse and treated with dignity and respect.
