About The Position

Independence Village Avon Lake is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 3rd shift (10pm-6am). This role involves leading, managing, and training a team of caregivers, evaluating residents, reporting changes in condition to physicians, utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR), communicating effectively with the team, residents, and families, and building strong relationships. Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state.
