About The Position
Bartlett Regional Hospital is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Medical Surgical team. This is a full-time position. There are two levels: LPN 1 and LPN 2. The LPN 1 is an entry-level position for new graduates, focusing on developing clinical skills under supervision. The LPN 2 is a journey-level position requiring more independence and clinical judgment. Both roles provide direct patient care in an acute care hospital setting, including monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Current State of Alaska LPN License
- LPN 1: None (Experience)
- LPN 2: One (1) year of experience as an LPN or six (6) months as an LPN 1 at BRH
- All new employees are required to produce a negative drug screen for all illegal substances in the State of Alaska prior to the start of employment.
