This role involves participating in the screening of clients' medical needs, gathering admission information, and observing clients' physical, mental, and emotional status. The LPN will work cooperatively with staff to meet client treatment needs, provide health-related group counseling, and ensure proper medication administration and documentation. Responsibilities also include taking vital signs, managing urine drug screens, monitoring clients for medical needs, maintaining confidentiality and safety, and accurate shift reporting. The position requires preparing reports, participating in case conferences, reporting medical incidents, and coordinating with emergency services when necessary. The LPN will also attend staff meetings and training, and perform other assigned duties.
