About The Position

St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus Community located in Hazel Green, WI, is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN will provide prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse. The community offers long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services for older adults, emphasizing a welcoming atmosphere, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference. Available opportunities include Full-Time Day Shift (12-hour shifts with every 3rd weekend rotation), Part-Time Evening Shift (8-hour shifts with every other weekend rotation), and Full-Time Overnight Shift (12-hour shifts with every 3rd weekend rotation).

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR
• Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
