The Role We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role will report into the Director of Nursing in Florida. This is a hourly opportunity based in Miami, FL. As an LPN, you will provide essential care to children with complex medical needs in the comfort of their own homes.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida
- At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience, home health experience preferred
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation throughout Miami-Dade County
- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and manage treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform skilled nursing tasks such as managing feeding tubes and monitoring respiratory conditions.
- Assess patients' health status and report changes in their condition.
- Implement individualized care plans.
- Educate and support families in providing daily care for their children.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
