Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Oklahoma.
- 3+ years of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Most importantly—a heart for hospice and a desire to make a meaningful difference.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on nursing care aligned with each patient’s personalized plan of care.
- Partner closely with RNs for effective pain and symptom management.
- Educate, support, and comfort patients and their families during end-of-life care.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary hospice team—including RNs, aides, social workers, chaplains, and more—to ensure holistic support.
