New Grads Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at our Crystal Lake facility. This opportunity is ideal for newly licensed nurses looking to transition into practice with structured support, hands-on training, and a collaborative environment. Our New Graduate Support Program is specifically designed to help new LPNs build confidence and develop strong clinical skills. The program includes a 6–8 week structured orientation and training program, a dedicated mentor for ongoing guidance and support, and a gradual increase in patient load during the first 60–90 days, with a focus on clinical development and confidence-building.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (must be fully licensed and ready to work)
- Must have passed the NCLEX-PN and obtained licensure
- Must be within 6 months of graduation to qualify
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Participate in a structured orientation and training program.
- Receive guidance and support from a dedicated mentor.
- Gradually increase patient load during the first 60-90 days.
- Focus on clinical development and confidence-building.
