About The Position
Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time positions on all shifts. Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a rehabilitation and nursing center setting.
- Familiarity with psych units (mentioned by a current employee as a different background).
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Maintain patient records.
