About The Position
Buffalo Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work at its skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Buffalo, New York. Requirements
- Hold a valid New York State LPN license.
- Be in good standing with the State Registry.
- Be able to work as a team member.
Responsibilities
- Collect required information from new residents being admitted.
- Record residents’ health details, including vital signs and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections to residents as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed.
- May supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Help residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
- Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
