About The Position
Americare Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Assisted Living community in Quincy, IL. This part-time role offers a competitive pay of $29.50 - $30.00 and focuses on providing compassionate, high-quality clinical care to seniors. As an LPN, you will support residents' wellness, collaborate with a caregiving team, and build meaningful relationships within a supportive, family-like environment. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare partners
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to senior care and resident advocacy

Nice To Haves
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies
- Support and guide caregiving staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and ongoing monitoring of changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and established protocols
- Maintain professional relationships with physicians, office staff, pharmacies, and healthcare providers
- Collaborate with the Regional Nurse Consultant and community leadership to support clinical best practices
- Support orientation and training of care team members as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for residents
