Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Adult Clients
About The Position
Our BAYADA Delaware Adult Skilled Nursing Office is interested in Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who have a passion for adult client care to join our Skilled Nursing Team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality of care delivered with compassion, excellence and reliability. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent on boarding and training experience from Day 1. All training is paid. Lunch will be provided and some BAYADA swag! On your first day in the client home, you will be orientating with another BAYADA nurse to make sure you feel comfortable and it’s a good fit. Throughout the year our office has several nurse appreciation events! At BAYADA, we believe our employees are our greatest asset! You take care of others, BAYADA takes care of you!
Requirements
- Graduations for an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state

- Client age ranges from infant to young adult.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly documents doctors’ orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions
- Document observations, interventions and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
