About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one home health services throughout Washington, DC. Requirements
- Active Washington, DC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and safety
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
