Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time Dayshift (6am-2pm)
About The Position
This position involves assessing and monitoring the health status of residents, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and assisting with activities of daily living. The role requires documenting resident care plans and progress notes, communicating with healthcare professionals and family members, and monitoring vital signs. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have strong organizational and time management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice is required.
