About The Position
Still Hopes is a premier continuing care retirement community seeking new members to join their caring, progressive team. This position is an invaluable part of the Still Hopes family, responsible for caring for residents in the Skilled Nursing Neighborhood. Nurses have a huge impact on the lives of residents and the overall culture of the community. The Baylor Plan allows nurses to work 24 weekend hours while receiving pay equivalent to 32 hours. Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Responsibilities
- Responsible for caring for residents in our Skilled Nursing Neighborhood.
- Medication management
- Documentation
- Ensuring residents' needs are being met
- Interacts with resident family members and provides updates to their loved ones as their condition changes.
- Supervising nursing assistants' day-to-day activities.
