We are hiring experienced, & dedicated Full-Time, Part-Time, & Casual / PRN, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)'s at Concordia at Bethlen Skilled Nursing! We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)'s for: Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for (3) 12.5hr shifts (6:00AM-6:30PM), Full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for (3) 12.5hr shifts (6:00PM-6:30AM), Casual / PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a minimum of (4) 8.5hr or 12.5hr self-scheduled shifts per month, (2) of which must be weekend shifts!

Requirements

Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing

Responsibilities

Medication administration following all applicable policies and rules
Timely and accurate documentation
Communication of significant resident changes to the physician and supervises/monitors the care provided by CNAs on the unit.
Follows up on appropriate paperwork and orders
Communicates proactively and professionally with residents and families keeping them aware of changes in resident’s condition, incidents, and problem resolution
