Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license in good standing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate approach to elder care

Responsibilities
- Administer nursing care to residents under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse
- Assist with treatments and procedures and carry out selected duties within the established nursing plan of care
- Collaborate with RNs to collect data and determine priorities in resident care
- Contribute to the plan of care through effective communication with the healthcare team
- Comply with nursing policies, procedures, and standards to provide safe, quality care
- Administer medications and monitor IV therapy as ordered
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
