About The Position
CSA Homecare is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for a high-acuity veteran in the Lithionia area. This is a long-term care position supporting an IDD client who requires Total personal care and dedicated clinical attention. We are hiring and looking for LPNs available to work 30+ hours/week.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Experience working with IDD clients
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
- Must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for a high-acuity veteran in a homecare setting
- Hoyer Lift
- Perform total personal care and maintenance
- Document care provided and communicate with the care team
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
