About The Position
NeuLife Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to individuals with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions.
Requirements
- Current Louisiana LPN license in good standing.
- CPR/First Aid certification required.
Nice To Haves
- IV Certification preferred.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or neurological care is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
- Record vital signs and maintain accurate medical records.
- Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Perform wound care and other nursing treatments within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
- Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Participate in emergency response procedures as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
