Requirements

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment
Strong understanding of safety-sensitive procedures and protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a rotating shift schedule, including early mornings and long hours
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
Must have a valid BLS Certification.

Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
Monitor patient health status and document observations accurately
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols
Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and basic nursing procedures
Ensure compliance with safety-sensitive policies and procedures at all times
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to appropriate personnel
